Refund Policy

1. Entry Fee Policy

1.1 General Rule: All fees paid by a participant to enter a specific Contest (an "Entry Fee") are final and non-refundable once the participant has been successfully registered for and has initiated the Contest (i.e., the first question or challenge has been presented to the participant).

1.2 Purpose of Entry Fees: Entry Fees are used to fund the stated prize pool for the relevant Contest and cover administrative costs. Because the prize pool is determined by the number of entries, refunds are strictly limited.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund of an Entry Fee may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• Documented Technical Failure: If a verifiable technical failure of the Winnings.Live Platform prevents the participant from starting or completing a Contest through no fault of their own.

• Contest Cancellation: If Winnings.Live cancels a scheduled Contest before it begins.

3. Account Cancellation

If a user chooses to close their account:

• Any current Contest Entry Fees are subject to the rules in Section 1.1.

• Any funds legally available for withdrawal will be paid out to the user via their verified payment method, minus any processing fees, provided the user is not in breach of the Terms of Service.
